酒店早餐很豐富，泳池視野很棒，但這次住萬豪確是這麼多年住世界各地萬豪最失望的一次，因為清邁發洪水，萬豪酒店出行受阻，為了趕一早上9點半的航班，帶著孩子6點就起床，附近其他酒店都有序用船只幫助客人離開，但清邁萬豪酒店管理層沒有任何積極作為，反覆詢問就告知沒有解決方案，帶著孩子只有在焦慮中反覆等待，本來等待的原因是以為他們會有解決方案，後來實在等不及了，只有帶著孩子推著塑料盒子淌水離開，酒店的最基層工作人員用塑料盒協助我們離開，路上其他酒店的工作人員停車帶我們到了機場附近，但已經延誤了航班，事後發現其實淌水到安全地點上車并不是十分困難的事，過程也并沒有太危險，只要管理層有一點客戶至上的想法，調查研究，實事求是，有序按照緊急程度安排客戶離開，完全是可以做到的，不會讓我們因為錯過航班，而付款大額的機票改簽損失，真是太失望了！

4樓的泳池很棒，晚上很有氛圍。
酒店位置也方便，但是酒店在洪水高風險區域，所以如果清邁下雨很厲害還是不要住這附近了。還好入住的幾天沒有下雨也沒有遇到洪水。
但是相比住過的其他萬豪酒店，這家房型大小是硬傷，以及房間內很沒有特色。酒店員工好像也不是很多，門口禮賓部經常消失，晚上打電話給前臺也沒人接。??

因為是要求提前入住，所以可能衞生未能及時搞乾凈，馬桶後面有類似煙灰的東西。前臺有配備專人進行國語溝通，上下員工乃至打掃阿姨也非常有禮貌，酒店附近位於古城中心地區，很方便，同等價格比澳門的萬豪體驗感更好

Great hotel. I love the food. I will definitely come again. But quite crowded.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary, stayed in the King Suites for 2 nights. Room is huge and comfortable, bedding, sofa and the big bathtub are perfect for our stay. The food selection for breakfast on G/F and in the Lounge are more than enough for us. We did not have a chance to feel hungry or thirsty in our stay. I would like to thanks Front desk manager Ice who is very helpful and tried her best to accommodate my request to check in a bit earlier and look for two suites close to each other. All the rest of staff are very helpful and smileys, you feel they are welcome you always, very well trained even at the busiest time during breakfast, they keep their professional. Well done to all and we are planning to come again in ‘winter’.

The concierge service is great. Not was very helpful with my bags and was always friendly. Everything about the hotel is great. Only one problem in the room would be the toilet which was not working properly on the first day, but overall, they fixed it immediately. The food is amazing. The Chefs at this hotel are incredible. I-tim is such a lovely man with the sweetest personality, he taught me some words in Thai and spoke to me about every meal. The mango sticky rice was the best I've had in Thailand so far.
